Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer curbside or contactless pickup?

Yes, we do offer curbside and contactless pickup. After the items are collected, we’ll confirm the final total by phone and accept payment electronically.

How big is your truck and trailer?

Our setup includes a Ram 2500 and a 6x12 dump trailer rated for 12,000 lbs. The trailer holds approximately 12 cubic yards of material

Is this Waste Management?

Nope! Waste Management does weekly trash pickup. We handle one time cleanouts — we come to you, load everything up, and haul it away. Think of us as the team that helps when you’ve got too much stuff for the regular trash bin!

What forms of payments do you accept?

At the moment we are cash or Zelle only for payment.

What if I don’t know how much junk I have?

That’s completely fine — estimating volume can be difficult. We typically ask the customer to send a few photos of the items so we can provide an accurate estimate and know what to expect when we arrive.

How does your pricing work?

We price based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer. For reference, a full trailer load is typically $350, and a half trailer load is usually $200.

If the items are especially heavy (such as concrete, shingles, dirt, or metal), additional fees may apply to cover increased disposal costs. In some cases, long-distance travel outside our normal service area may include a small fuel surcharge (usually $20–$50).

We provide an initial estimate based on your description. Once we arrive and assess the items in person, we confirm the final price before any work begins.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer discounts for curbside pickups, larger loads, and military. We’ll let you know which discounts apply when we give your estimate.
